Cancellation Policy – a deposit in the amount of $500 is required to reserve your spot. A minimum of 6 retreat guests is required in order for a retreat to take place. If the minimum number of guests have not registered as of 60 days prior to retreat, the retreat will be rescheduled and your deposit will be refunded less a $100 transaction fee. If the minimum number of guests have registered as of 60 days prior to retreat, you will be advised that the retreat is set, the deposit will become non-refundable, and the remainder of the retreat cost must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the retreat.
