Join us for a half-day Wellness Workshop: Mindfulness in Practice, ft. Guided Meditation | Yoga | Green Juice | Food as Medicine. Winter, 2018, Excelsior, MN. Date and time coming soon. Here’s what’s in store:
8:30 – a light offering of morning coffee, tea, and fruit
8:50 – 45-minute meditation session for beginners
9:40 – 45-minute rejuvenating yoga flow
10:30 – a gorgeous and healthy breakfast ft. a fresh green juice (think a delicious and perfectly balanced blend of spinach, cucumber, jalapeno, mint, pineapple, lime, and sea salt).
11:00 – a brief talk by nurse and wellness coach Kristine Faschingbauer on the topic of ‘Food as Medicine’.
You’ll be out the door around 11:30 with a treat to go! Come to relax, move, be nourished, and learn in a beautiful, rejuvenating environment.
