GUIDED MEDITATION ON THE BEACH. Start your day with a restful, rejuvenating, and FREE morning guided meditation in Redondo Beach, California. Beginners welcome. Bring a towel to sit on and a blanket to wrap in; the beach can be chilly at sunrise! We meet at the Lifeguard Tower in front of Avenue H and Esplanade. 7:00 – 7:30 AM on select week days.
