Classes for all levels: yoga taught generally in the traditions of hatha and anusara, or “flow,” and meditations guided generally in traditions of zen, vipassana (focusing on insight), anapanasati (focusing on breath), satipatthana (focusing on mindfulness of body, sensations, and mental phenomena), and metta (loving kindness).
