Option 1 – $200 (one-time fee). Includes 30-minute phone consultation to discuss your current wellness practices, diet, workout plan, and goals, along with a cusotmized workout plan containing four workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere, in any given week.
Option 2 – $250/month. Includes Option 1 + an updated workout plan after sixty days + a sample diet regimen (complete with shopping list and recipe ideas) to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
Option 3 – $375/month. Includes Option 2 + weekly phone calls to encourage accountability, discuss progress, identify challenges, and make modifications as needed.
